It’s my go to lunch or quick dinner when I have leftover chicken in the fridge.
Cooked pasta (any kind will do but it’s best if it’s cold)
Grilled and seasoned chicken or a rotisserie chicken (best if it’s cold)
Grape tomatoes
Avocado
Shredded parmesan cheese
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Garlic salt and pepper
There’s no amounts because honestly, I don’t measure. The lemon juice and olive oil make it moist so add as desired. Mix everything together and add a slice of french bread. YUM!
